We have made great strides in the past few years to further diversify our growing workforce. Yet, we also recognize that there's still room to improve. Creating a culture of diversity is an objective of every member of our Senior Management Team. In fact, we survey our associates yearly on a number of important topics, of which diversity is one. Every executive is held accountable for that survey's result and our executives' compensation is linked to the outcome.
